No Refund Policy
We strictly follow a No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Once’s the order is placed we don’t have return.
Exchange (If Applicable)
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof. After verification, we may offer an exchange (subject to availability).
The damaged defective product will get exchanged and delivered in 8 to 10 days after the verification is done by the team .
Important Conditions
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
- Without proper proof, requests will not be accepted
